Nice looking Stroller.....but September 2, 2010 mommy3rdtime I have been going back and forth over which lightweight stroller to order. I am buying for my 3 child and had several stroller over the years from every brand. This however was a first purchase from Kolcraft. I read the reviews over and over and finally ordered it. Shipped fast and the stroller is nice looking from afar. I think it looks to be made a bit cheap though(up close). I guess for $[...] you get what you pay for. I have a few issues with this stroller, the first being is that it is too short. I am 5'7 and I felt like I am hunched over to push it. My son who is 19 months can reach the handlebar when standing behind it. I wanted to mention this because I didn't see any other reviews that talked about height. And second is the no parent tray...it not something I am used to. The cup holder it does come with is too small to hold just about anything. And this may be just a fault with mine, but the canopy kinda sticks and doesn't open without being tugged on hard. It looks like it gets stuck on a piece of plastic on both side of the stroller. This stroller is going back tomorrow. :( I am giving it 3 stars because overall (and if I was able to give it a more through chance) it would probably be a nice stroller.....for somebody shorter :)
Wonderful Stroller September 2, 2010 Dawn L. Townsend This stroller is wonderful! It is super light, very easy to fold, and use. The basket is very large and can be accessed from both sides underneath. The sun shade is a little small and I would have liked to have seen a pocket on the back for keys and such. The child tray is a little high, but does it's job. I am very happy with my purchase.
Cheap September 1, 2010 Mom2Memphis (USA) I bought this stroller bc I own the original Kolcraft Contours, which is a great stroller. This stroller on the other hand was cheap. It was short (I am 5'6) and even pushing the canopy up and down felt cheap. I immediately took it apart and sent it back. It was okay for the sale price I bought it for but I would much rather have my Joovy Kooper over this anyday. I'd say spend the extra and get something nicer. I am now looking into buying a Peg Perego Si.
A good compromise August 25, 2010 R. Hubbard (Springfield, OR USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
We received this stroller as a gift (purchased from our baby registry) and have been using it exclusively for 6 months now. I chose it because it was a Consumer Reports Best Buy (well... it's sister-model was; the exact same stroller but with an iPod holder or something.) The good: -Lightweight! Easy to assemble, fold & unfold with one hand for sure. -Compact for a main stroller - it's definitely bigger than an umbrella stroller, but waaaay smaller than a travel system type of one. This was the primary reason I got this stroller; I didn't want a huge, heavy one. I have a 2002 Jetta and it fits in the trunk and still leaves enough room for a stock up grocery trip's worth of bags. -Large basket you can get to from front or back -Snack tray & cup holder for my son. He doesn't eat or drink out of cups yet, but I use it already to store extra binkis or sunglasses in. Handy! -Love the color/style of it. I get compliments on it actually! Definitely not a typical "baby" sort of item. Very stylish. The not-so-good: -I'm confused by everyone saying the canopy is good. I think it's probably good compared to a $10 umbrella stroller, but I think the canopy is kind of horrible. The sun is always in my son's face - he has to wear a hat every time we use it. Could definitely be a bit bigger. -The parent cup holder. Yes, it's nice to have one. But it borders on being unusable. It's just verrry small. I'm not one of those 64-ouncer-Big-Gulp type of girls, but my 24 oz Camelbak doesn't even fit. Forget about a Nalgene, or a 1-liter bottle of soda, or a Venti latte. The only thing I have been able to put in it successfully is a 12 oz. soda, which then spilled ALL over as soon as we started walking on a mildly bumpy patch of sidewalk. One of these days I am going to remove it and put on an aftermarket one or something. Right now the only thing I use it for is to stash my keys in it on short trips. -The recline & straps could definitely be easier to adjust. -I really wish it had SOME sort of a parent tray or SOMETHING up front by the handle. If you need to set something down just for a SECOND, there really is no place to do this except for on top of the very sloped canopy, or in the tiny cup holder. Even a mesh pouch or something would be useful. Again, maybe I can find an aftermarket piece to address this need. All in all, it's a good stroller. Better than the travel system ones for sure, but I have a feeling there might be an even better one out there somewhere. Assuming it holds up, we will probably use it until my son is out of the stroller years. I use it maybe once or twice a week, tops, on sidewalks, and the tires look very worn already. I bet they're replaceable though (?). It would be PERFECT if it had an infant seat attachment available. (I bought this because we had planed on using a convertible car seat - the Cosco Scenera - from the get go, but it wouldn't fit in my car, so 4 days before I was induced we got stuck buying a Graco Snugride. I wish I would've had some sort of stroller to snap that into... oh well, now I know for the next kid!)

I must say this is the best stroller out there for its price and features,I actually bought it when I decided to travel internationally and I didnt wana take my Bugaboo Bee bcoz of how airlines treat carry on luggage! So I wanted a good looking and lightweight stroller with a nice understorage basket and I must say Handsdown!!! to this stroller it is awesome!!! plz if u are reading my review buy it...it has everything...easy steering, easy opening and closing, comfortable 5 point harness seat which reclines too, modern colors, big basket, cupholder for parents and tray for ur baby which he can hold on too plus u can attach velcro toys with it,great canopy, good quality tires,.....in short this stroller is a copy of European stroller Bugaboo Bee for fraction of its price and a better basket.....Dont go waste ur money on those cheap 30 dollar strollers bcoz ur child will outgrow them very soon...this is literally ur perfect umberella stroller...I agree with the reviwer who wrote she will buy it in a heartbeat again,I think I will too!!!!U will simply love it :)
